Copyright and License Policy

Authors retain full copyright of their published work in the Journal of Economic Innovation and Development (JEID) under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). This license permits non-commercial sharing with proper attribution but prohibits modifications or commercial reuse. Authors grant JEID a non-exclusive right to publish, archive, and distribute the work, while retaining unrestricted rights to reuse their own material. All third-party content must be properly attributed and used only with documented permissions. The CC license terms apply to all users (including authors) except where copyright law provides exceptions.
